Kochi: A Court in Allappuzha has directed the police to book Kerala Chief Minister’s gunmen for bashing Youth Congress workers for protesting against the Chief Minister at Alappuzha the other day, media reports said.
The Allappuzha First Class Magistrate court direction to the Alappuzha South police in this regard came after KSU District president A D Thomas moved the court case against the attack, the reports said.
The petitioner said that they were attacked when they were in the custody of police. Thomas, Ajay Jewel Kuriakose Youth Congress state committee member were bashed by gunmen Anil Kalliyoor, Sandeep and three other identifiable persons, the petitioner said.
