Kochi: Honouring High Court of Kerala verdict, the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) will register an FIR against Opposition Leader Pinarayi Vjayan in the CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case on Monday, Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala said on Saturday.
The government will not challenge the High Court’s verdict, he told reporters in Muvattupuzha, the Hindu reported.
Chennithala said the High Court’s verdict has proven wrong the CPM’s argument that the case would not stand in any court.
