Kochi: India outplayed Zimbabwe to beat the hosts by ten wickets in the first of the three ODIs at Harare Sports Club at Zimbabwe today.
Winning the toss the visitors decided to bowl bundling out Zimbabwe for 189 in 40.3 overs.
Richard Nagarva made 34, Regis Chakabva 32, and Brad Evans remained unbeaten with 33.
Axar Patel, Deepak Chahar and Praseed Krishna claimed three wickets each.
India made 192 in just 30.5 overs without losing any wickets.
Shubhman Gill made 82 and Shikhar Dhawan 81 and remained unbeaten.
