Kochi: Social networking company Twitter moved the court seeking to execute the
44 Bn dollars Twitter sale deal with Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
The world ‘s richest man Musk had agreed to buy Twitter at a cost of 54.20 dollars per share as per the agreement.
Musk had agreed to execute the deal but announced his decision to back out after Twitter failed to clarify his queries fake or spam accounts.
Musk had sought queries on spam accounts in Twitter which was not responded by Musk fearing breach of secrecy.
Twitter shares on Tuesday opened at 32.76 dollars and went up to 34.39 dollars before closing at 34.06 dollars.
