Kochi: Russia has agreed to suspend military operations in two cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha to create a human corridor for stranded people.The United Nations and other nations close to Russia have been demanding facilities for evacuation of people caught in the war inadvertently, media reports said.The cease fire will come into force from 10 am Moscow time.
Russia has clarified that the ceasefire is only temporary. The negotiators of both Russia and Ukraine have agreed to the ceasefire.The south east port city of Mariupol has been under heavy military operations for the last few days.
Meanwhile, the military is trying to encircle Kyiv and military operations.The basic needs like water and electricity are not there in many cities.Meanwhile, Russia has blocked Facebook and Twitter in the country.The two sides are likely to meet soon for further talks in Belarus.
Thousands are feared to have perished and about million fled from Ukraine.
