Kochi: Awards for different Media were
given on the concluding day of the ‘Ente Keralam’ mega exhibition held to mark the completion of the first year of the second LDF government at Thekkinkkadu maidanam in Thrissur on Sunday.
The Thrissur-based newsskerala.com received the award for best news portal.
Janayugam daily won award for best coverage, Media One for best TV news channel, Krishnakumar Aamalathu of Kerala Kaumudi for best report under print section, Surijith Ayyappan 24News under visual media and Ranjit Balan of Mangalam Daily
for best photography.
Devaswom Minister K Radhakrishnan distributed the awards. Revenue Minister K Rajan, District Collector Haritha V Kumar were among those present.
Awards for best stalls in the exhibition were also distributed.
