Kochi: Three days after abusing a teenager on a train, railway police are groping in the dark to nab the abusers.
The family of the girl is planning to move Kerala High Court seeking action against the guard of the train if there is further delay.
The father of the victim alleged that the guard gave a damn to the complaint the family made against the abusers.
The family is also planning to picket Thrissur railway station in this regard.
The Congress has extended support to the family.
Meanwhile, the police have claimed that they have identified three accused in the case.
