Kochi: Israel has announced striking targets in
western and central Iran, after Iran attacked Israel as a retribution to Tel Aviv’s attacks on Iran backed Hezbollah in Lebanon, BBC reported.
US President Donald Trump had urged Israel to keep off from retaliating for the Iranian strikes, BBC quoting Fox News reported.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) warnrd the missile attacked at Northern Israel are “the beginning of a full week of continuous strikes”
Israel had intercepted most of the missiles. Israel said it struck Hezbollah targets in southern Beirut on Sunday.
Israel declared Independence in May
1948 after the British ended its control over Palestine. This resulted in the Arab–Israeli War from 15 May 1948 to 10 March 1949 which is known as the First Arab–Israeli War.
