Kochi: Charge Sheet has been filed against three including dubbing artist Bhagyalakshmi in a court in Thiruvananthapuram on different charges including assaulting YouTuber Vijay P Nair.
The police filed a charge sheet against the dubbing artist, activists Diya Sanaa and Sree Lakshmi Arakkal for trespassing into youtuber’s lodge to abuse, splash ink and making life threats for making objectionable remarks against women, media reports said.
The Additional Judicial Magistrates Court has summoned the three to appear before the court on December 22.
The issue happened on September 26, 2020, when the accused barged into Nair’s camp and assaulted him which was live streamed on Facebook live.
They made him apologize for making the remarks, the reports said.
The three had secured anticipatory bail from Kerala High Court some months back.The lower court had rejected the bail plea.
