Kochi: Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps on Monday claimed it targeted Israel premier Benjamin Netanyahu’s office in Tel Aviv as well as security and military centres in Haifa and an attack on east Jerusalem.

Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in a statement carried by Fars news agency made the claim.
It said Kheibar missiles were used in the attack.
The IDF of Israel identified missiles launched from Iran toward the territory of the State of Israel. Defensive systems are operating to intercept the threat,” the military said in a statement.
The European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen flayed Iran and its proxies for “reckless and indiscriminate attacks against sovereign territories across the region,” after strikes hit a British air base in Cyprus and a Saudi oil facility.
“We must work hard to de-escalate and stop the conflict spreading,” von der Leyen told reporters in Brussels, NDTV reported.
At least 555 people have been killed in Iran so far by the US-Israeli campaign since Saturday, the Iranian Red Crescent Society said.
Earlier today, black smoke rose from the US embassy in Kuwait, while US warplanes crashed without causing casualties.
A US base and a power station were also targeted.
Blasts also rang out over the Gulf cities of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Manama as Iran targeted America’s Gulf allies.
