DMK-AIADMK talks on new govt

Kochi: In a dramatic move, there are reports of DMK holding talks with arch rival AIADMK to form a government to prevent TVK from forming a non Dravidian government, media reports said.
This is also seen as a move by the DMK to avenge Congress for ditching Chief Minister Stalin’s party to help Joseph Vijay form the government.
Key leaders of the DMK and AIADMK are engaged in parleys, reports said.
On the other hand, TVK Chief and actor turned politician Joseph Vijay met the Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Arlekar to make claims to form a government with the support of 112 MLAs even as he is running short of the needed majority of 118.The CPI and Muslim League are with DMK.
