Kochi: Business mogul Gautam Adani of the Adani group is the third prosperous man in the world, according to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index.
Tesla founder Elon Musk, Amazon CEO Jeffery Preston Bezos are ahead of Adani who owns an asset of 137 billion dollars.
Musk has an asset of 251 Bn dollars and Jeff 153 bn dollars.
Adani overtook Bernard Arnault, CEO of Paris based LVMH, focussing in luxury fashion brand, from the spot.

He had acquired 29.19 stake in NDTV through a promoter firm and had kept an offer to acquire 26 per cent stake.
