Pinarayi blasts media

Kochi: Former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday blasted media persons when they questioned him on ED’s move to book him in for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs. 3.28 crore.
The media approached Pinarayi during a brief stopover at PWD guest house at Chengannur to visit the washroom while traveling from Thiruvananthapuram to Kottayam.
Visibly angered, he snapped at the journalists, telling them to keep off from the area. “What, are you coming into the bathroom?”
He said he had come to relieve himself but not talk to the media.
Pinarayi had tough time handling the media while he was the Chief Minister. The Directorate of Enforcement had on Tuesday asked DGP to register an FIR against Pinarayi Vijayan for allegedly taking a bribe of over Rs 3.20 crore from CMRL.
