Kochi: Palakkad won the 43rd Pulimoottil Kerala state sub junior football championship defeating Thrissur 2-1 at Thodupuzha.
Earlier, Palakkad defeated Kannur 2-1 and Thrissur beat Kozhikode 2-1 to enter the finals.
Kerala Football Association (KFA) president Nawas Meeran distributed prizes.
