Kochi:The Kerala government will render full form Vande Mataram at
the culmination of state-level Onam celebrations at the capital by the Vice President on Sunday, Asianet news reported.
The state will have to stick to the protocol as the Vice President is presiding over the valedictory event, Cultural Minister P C Vishnunath said.
The state had skipped playing the National Song during Independence day function presided by Chief Minister V D Satheesan.
