Kochi: Non bailable cases have been registered against actor Dileep and five others including his brother and brother-in-law for conspiring to harm senior police officials probing actor abuse case.
The case is registered on the complaint of investigating officer Baiju Poulose on the basis of the revelations made by Dileep’s associate and film director Balachandra Kumar, media reports said.
The evidence provided by Kumar reveals the accused hatching conspiracy against the police officials including SP Sudarshan.
There are six accused in the case but the name of the sixth accused has not been mentioned in the FIR filed in the Crime branch headquarters at Thiruvananthapuram.

ADGP S Sreejit examined the evidence against Dileep and others in Kochi on Saturday.
Balachandra Kumar made the revelations through a TV channel a few days back during which he claimed that he had enough evidence to prove that the actor was behind the actor abuse case. Balachandra Kumar said that he was divulging the evidence as he feared for his life. The prime accused Pulsar Suni too had similar fear in a letter sent to his mother from jail and accused Dileep as the mastermind behind the case.
Suni and a few others had allegedly abducted the actor on February 17, 2017 and abused her in a moving vehicle.
