Kochi: The Hyderabad-bound Indigo airlines from Sharjah made an emergency landing at Karachi airport in Pakistan.
All passengers are reported to be safe.
The plane 6 E 1406 was grounded as per security requirements, Indigo sources said.
Another aircraft was to ferry the passengers from Karachi.
The pilots found some problem in the second engine following which the aircraft was landed.
This is the second time such an incident is taking place. Delhi Dubai Spicejet aircraft made emergency landing following a snag in the fuel indicator inside the cockpit in the first week of this month.
Another aircraft was sent to take the passengers to Dubai.
